INDOOR 1: FIRST-TIME CLASS FOR JUNIORS + PARENTS

- Great for individuals, family and friend groups!
Two-hour class for juniors and parents (optional) with little or no experience.
Takedown recurve bows, arrows, armguards, fingertabs are provided or you can bring your own recurve equipment for evaluation.
Junior archers graduate into Indoor 2 group classes upon scoring 50 pts in 30 arrows + obeying safety rules. This may be a one-time class, or younger juniors may need to attend several INDOOR 1 classes before satisfying the requirements to move into INDOOR 2.

2025 INDOOR 1: First-time Class for Juniors and Parents

Indoor 2-6 at 9m

Indoor recreational classes for junior and parent recurve archers who have taken and qualified in INDOOR 1: First-time Class.
Ages: 8-20

INDOOR 4+ at 18m and OUTDOOR 3-9 CLASSES at 13.5m-70m

Two-hour practice and training for experienced recurve archers, who have completed INDOOR 2 or tested out to a higher level, have their own equipment, and would like to improve at Olympic target archery distances 13.5m-70m.
Competitive archers have access directly to the ATCI Class calendar, so just add your names to the classes you wish to attend.
Class start and end times may shift depending on the season.

Olympic Path Training (OPT)

For advanced and experienced recurve junior archers (12+), their parents, and adults who have their own equipment, have qualified by shooting 320 pts in three 36-arrow FITA or JOAD rounds at 30m, expect to train hard to become high-level competitive archers, indoors and/or outdoors, and have Coach Racae as your personal coach. You will have a sincere, passionate commitment and sufficient support and resources.

Private Lessons - Virtual and In-Person

We offer five types of virtual and in-person private lessons for junior and adult recurve archers who need more specialized or intensive attention:
1. Evaluation for placement of experienced archers within our program. Fee: $65/30 min
2. NTS Form: See fees below
3. Goal Setting: See fees below
4. Mental Management: See fees below
5. Equipment Set Up: Fee: $1/min
Minimum recommended frequency for NTS Form/Goal Setting/Mental Management:
Indoor 2+ : 30 min/wk
Outdoor 4-9: 1 hour/month

Fees:
Private lessons at indoor range at times adjacent to regularly scheduled classes:
$65/archer/30-min lesson
$125/archer/hour (competitive levels (O4-9) and 12+y.o.)
Private lessons at outdoor range for competitive archers (O4-9):
$250/archer min. 2 hrs at mutually convenient times - book 48 hrs in advance
Virtual lessons
$45/archer/30-min lesson at mutually convenient times

USA ARCHERY INSTRUCTOR/COACH CERTIFICATION COURSES

Coach Racae has been successfully certifying archers as Level 1 and Level 2 Instructors since 2009. From April 2020, she has certified experienced archers as Level 2 Instructors and Level 3 Coaches as sanctioned by USA Archery. She is a USA Archery certified Level 4 NTS Coach, a Level 3 Coach Trainer and Instructor Trainer.

The following courses are offered:

INTENSIVE 5-DAY FORM CLINIC (I5FC)

This intensive in-person course is held at our indoor and outdoor ranges. It is offered to those recurve archers who want to have a greater understanding of form, and is open to U.S. and international competitive archers. Each course is tailored to the individual archer´s specific needs. Prior to acceptance, the archer will submit a detailed application/questionnaire and a multi-directional video for evaluation.

M-F 10:00 am - 5:00 pm (3-5 hrs/day for five days)

MENTAL TRAINING CLINIC (MTC)

Based on 30 years of coaching over 11,000 archers, and research into trying to understand how our thoughts and emotions determine our successes and failures, this clinic will spur you on to thinking more about how you think and react, how you talk to yourself and others, and what and how you might need to change or improve in order to develop and move forward as a competitive archer.

M-F 10:00 am - 4:00 pm (4 hrs/day)
