INDOOR 1: FIRST-TIME CLASS FOR JUNIORS + PARENTS
Two-hour class for juniors and parents (optional) with little or no experience. Takedown recurve bows, arrows, armguards, fingertabs are provided or you can bring your own recurve equipment.
Junior archers graduate into Indoor 2 group classes upon scoring 50 pts in 30 arrows + obeying safety rules.

- This may be a one-time class, or juniors may need to attend several INDOOR 1 classes before satisfying the requirements to move into INDOOR 2 at a later time on Saturdays and Sundays.

OUTDOOR 3-9 CLASSES AT 13.5m-70m
- 90-minute recreational practice and training for experienced junior and parent recurve archers, who have completed Indoor 2 or tested out to a higher level, have their own equipment and would like to improve at Olympic target archery distances.

Olympic Path Training (OPT)
- For advanced and experienced recurve junior archers (12+), their parents, and adults who have their own equipment, have qualified by shooting 320 pts in three 36-arrow FITA or JOAD rounds at 30m, expect to train hard to become high-level competitive archers, indoors and/or outdoors, and have Coach Racae as their personal coach. They will have a sincere, passionate commitment and sufficient support and resources.

Virtual Lessons
- In this unbelievable time for all of us, we are offering six types of virtual lessons for junior and adult recurve archers who need more specialized or intensive attention: Evaluation, NTS Form, Equipment Specifying and Set Up, Goal Setting, and Mental Management.
- Recommended frequency: 30 min x 2/wk.
- Fee: $35/30-min lesson

USA ARCHERY INSTRUCTOR/COACH CERTIFICATION COURSES
- Coach Racae has been successfully certifying archers as Level 1 and Level 2 Instructors since 2009. From April 2020, she has certified experienced archers as Level 2 Instructors and Level 3 Coaches as sanctioned by USA Archery. She is a USA Archery certified Level 4 NTS Coach, a Level 3 Coach Trainer and Instructor Trainer.
The following courses are offered:

INTENSIVE 5-DAY FORM CLINIC (I5FC)
This intensive in-person course is held at our outdoor range. It is offered to those who want to have a greater understanding of form, and is open to U.S. and international competitive archers. Each course is tailored to the individual archer´s specific needs. Prior to acceptance, the archer will submit a detailed application/questionnaire and a multi-directional video for evaluation.
M-F 10:00 am - 5:00 pm (5 hrs/day for five days)

MENTAL TRAINING CLINIC (MTC)
Based on 28 years of coaching over 8,000 archers, and research into trying to understand how our thoughts and emotions determine our successes and failures, this clinic will spur you on to thinking more about how you think and react, how you talk to yourself and others, and what and how you might need to change or improve in order to develop and move forward as a competitive archer.
M-F 10:00 am - 4:00 pm (4 hrs/day)
