“Absolutely wonderful“ is the only way to describe this archery center. My son, James, who is a nationally ranked competitive archer in Holland, and I booked a five-day intensive Form and Mental Clinic with Coach Racae Meyer in February 2020, and traveled from the Netherlands to Austin Texas. The work and preparation that Coach Racae put in, and the research she did into the Dutch archery technique was just incredible! If you are looking for excellence and a coach with patience, dedication and commitment, this is the place to book. We are very much looking forward to our next trip! 10/10

I've been taking classes here for about seven months. The facility and equipment are well maintained, and if you don't own your own equipment yet, they have house bows you can use until you're ready to make the investment. Coach Racae is very knowledgeable and an excellent instructor. She's invested in your progress and is super motivating, without putting on a lot of pressure. It's a great place, whether you're just looking for a new hobby (like me), or have aspirations to compete in the Olympics someday.

I highly recommend Archery Training Center to any aspiring archer, whether you are a rank beginner, competitor in advanced training, or somewhere in the middle. I am an adult male, retired, and had not lifted a bow for about 50 years when I registered and began classes about a year ago. Even though I am a recreational archer, Coach Racae gives me the same amount of individual attention as she does to her true competition-level archers. She is a high level USA Archery-certified coach, and she uses exactly the same methods and processes that develop the world's medaling national teams. The classes therefore are structured and rigorous, while at the same time engaging, rewarding, and very much fun.

Classes are in a bright, well-equipped, air-conditioned indoor range that meets all national competition standards. All equipment is provided at no additional cost, but Coach Racae will guide you through specifying and purchasing your own bow when you are ready. Ten lanes let you shoot shoulder to shoulder with fellow archers of very diverse backgrounds, ages, and skill levels.

Austin is incredibly fortunate to have Coach Racae and her facilities available to any archer, at a very reasonable cost. If you want the thrill of a bow and arrow in your hands, by all means sign up!

My daughter started archery here in January & it has been a wonderful experience. They have everything you need for beginners & Coach Racae is amazing! My daughter has been training here for 2 years and it has been a wonderful combination of challenge, encouragement and fun, plus gaining an understanding that success (only) comes with practice and being open to feedback.
